Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the unpredictability in attendee's schedule, a full refund of meeting or event registration shall be given, if the attendee cancels or is not present for the scheduled meeting or event. If the meeting or event is cancelled, a full refund will be granted. Membership dues are not refundable.
Shipping Policy
Cook County Funeral Directors Association collects dues and meeting or event registration fees. We do not ship goods or merchandise.
